Description of Services
Done one-on-one (in person or remotely) our connection allows you to have direct access to the subconscious and unconscious layers of the psyche and areas where polarized thought and behavior patterns often exist but no longer serve.
The intention in this type of work and "seeing" is to create inner psychological harmony for you by gaining deeper awareness and understandings of polarized thoughts, feelings, problematic issues, obstacles and/or resistances. Often times, these deeper layers of
consciousness are in conflict with one another and create internal tension, stagnation or resistant holding patterns.
During meditative states, I am able to see, empathetically feel and verbalize various subconscious and unconscious thought and behavior dynamics that create conflict for individuals. Once seen and processed, there is often a gentle healing that accompanies the work.
In addition, when obstacles and intra-psychic tensions are identified, an ongoing deeper release and integration can be accomplished. This can include: journaling, self-inquiry during one's meditative or contemplative practices or exploring identified issues with complimentary body work. Some individuals may choose to integrate the information uncovered in sessions within the course of their psychotherapy or by working on identified polarities using Marriage of Spirit Processing Techniques (see this description below).
Marriage of Spirit is a balancing technique gifted to her students by my former teacher and mentor Leslie Temple-Thurston. These processing techniques are available to anyone wanting to live a more stable, heart-centered life. To learn more about Marriage of Spirit please go to CoreLight.com. I am available to facilitate processing sessions if you wish or you can easily learn to independently work with these techniques.
While many clients find these sessions helpful, it is important to understand that sessions are not meant to diagnose or treat mental disorders, act as a substitute for psychotherapy and/ or medication(s) or predict future outcomes. Ultimately, the information received and how to proceed with that information is the responsibility of the participant.
